Creator Content Policy

Paysite scope: The MuseNest paysite is for digital content and virtual interaction only. Subscriber payments, messages, tips, and custom requests cannot be used to arrange, negotiate, or facilitate in-person services of any kind.

What's allowed on your paysite

Photos and videos featuring yourself, including nudity and explicit content (premium tier)
Audio messages, voice posts, written posts
Custom digital content delivered through MuseNest (custom photo sets, videos, voice messages, written content)
Subscription tiers, tips, paid messages, PPV unlocks — all purely digital

What's not allowed — zero tolerance

Minors: Any content depicting or referencing anyone under 18 is grounds for immediate, permanent account termination and reporting to NCMEC. Our upload pipeline screens for this; if our screening is offline, your upload is rejected, not let through. Don't test it.

Non-consenting individuals — any content featuring another person requires a signed release form (see below)
Content involving violence, animal cruelty, or other illegal material
Direct copying of another creator's work

Release forms (US 2257 records-keeping)

If your paysite content features anyone other than yourself, you must:

Identify the depicted person (legal name + DOB)
Confirm they are 18+ and have consented to being depicted in the content
Upload a signed release form (PDF, JPG, PNG; max 10MB)

Submit forms in your dashboard at Paysite → Compliance. Forms are reviewed by our compliance team. Content tagged as "features additional people" cannot be published until the linked form is approved. Approved forms are retained indefinitely as required by law.

Boundary with offline / in-person services

If you offer offline services, those live on your separate website — not on the paysite. The following are prohibited inside paysite messaging, custom content requests, and tip memos:

Discussing in-person meetings, locations, hotels, or travel arrangements
Quoting prices for offline services or "deposits" of any kind
Handing off contact information for off-platform booking
Coded escort vocabulary (full service, GFE, PSE, incall/outcall, etc.)

Both sides of a paysite message thread are scanned for this language. Repeated violations result in DM disabling, account review, or suspension.

EXIF and privacy

Image uploads have GPS coordinates and other identifying metadata stripped before storage. This protects you — but always check your image content itself for incidental location clues (street signs, mail with addresses, geotaggable landmarks).

Reporting

If you receive a fan message that violates this policy, you can report the fan from the Fan CRM (when available). Sysadmin reviews all reports.
